Will the gift be delivered directly to the recipient?

Yes - we aim to make the process as simple as possible for you.

Just enter the recipient's delivery details in the Shipping Address section when you checkout.

We'll package your gift to perfection and send it straight to the recipient.
Can you include a personalised note with my gift?

Yes, we always include a personalised, hand-written message on seed paper, which the recipient can plant and watch it turn into an everlasting gift of flowers.

When you click on your Shopping Bag, you'll see a box where you can type your gift message, along with any other special instructions.  If you are purchasing more than1 gift box, please specify which message is for which gift box.

My box is a gift - I don't want any receipts or prices shown to the recipient

We never include receipts or packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. All receipts will be sent via email to the ordering party only.

Will my recipient receive anything via email so they are alerted that a gift is on it's way?

Nope!   All notifications will be sent to the email address and phone number you enter at checkout.  We recommend you leave your own details, and get in touch with the recipient yourself if need be to let them know a parcel will be arriving, so that the gift remains a lovely surprise.

Can I get the gift delivered directly to me, so that I can gift it in person to the recipient?

Yes - just leave us a quick note at checkout to let us know, and we'll send the gift directly to you (please ensure you put your own delivery address when checking out), with a blank seed paper card for you to write your message on.

What if I want to order more than one gift for different recipients, to be delivered to different addresses?

Please place these as separate orders.  If you'd like to order more than 5 gifts, please get in touch with us and we can help you through your requirements.

Help, I accidentally supplied the incorrect information - can I make changes to my order?

We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as incorrect address or name. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out.  Please get in touch with us and we'll do everything we can to help.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes! Get in touch with us with your requirements for the best delivery times and rates we can offer.

What is your Returns Policy?

At Amala Curations, we're passionate about spreading happiness through the experience of giving and receiving gifts. 

We always strive that your gifts arrive in perfect condition, and want you to be certain that you and your recipients are 100% satisfied.

If a gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us at within 14 days of receipt of the gift and we’ll do all we can to make it right.

Please include your order number, description of your problem and any photos you may have to help us help you.

If you change your mind and do wish to return or exchange a gift box, please return the gift box to us, with all the original gift items enclosed in their unused condition and original packaging with 14 days of delivery.

You will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel; minus the original delivery cost.  For our returns address and for any additional information; please contact us.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We care deeply about protecting our planet.

We ensure that all of our packaging, including our gift boxes and embellishments, is environmentally friendly and is either bio-degradable or recyclable.  We always aim to use what nature has given us to decorate our gifts, with cotton ribbon, dried florals and natural fabrics.

We only work with brands who take sustainability very seriously and take active steps to minimise their impact on the environment.  

We would encourage you to re-use our gift boxes for storing treasured items or mementos; they're beautiful and will complement any home.  For more information on how to re-use or recycle our packaging, click here.

What else do you do to reduce your carbon footprint?
As well as the steps we take to create eco-friendly gifts, we're also proud to say that we are an official partner of One Tree Planted, a non-profit dedicated to global deforestation.  

For every product we sell, we plant a tree, as part of our commitment to sustainability.


How do you decide which brands to partner with?

We do a lot of research to find products and brands to include in our gift boxes which align with our ways of working.

We will only work with brands who create amazing products which are cruelty free (not tested on animals), environmentally friendly and made with only natural ingredients.

We do this research so that you can rest assured that any gift you buy from us is ethically sourced, kind to the environment, kind to animals and kind to our bodies.
